Living Assistance

O'Neill Senior Center employs a qualified staff of homemaker aides that complete housekeeping tasks, run errands, do laundry, and prepare meals for seniors age 60 and above who are unable to do these everyday jobs for themselves. This program can be offered on a regular basis or as one time assistance. This program is designed to help seniors remain independent for as long as possible.

Some services offered are:

• Light cleaning
• Seasonal deep cleaning
• Remove, wash, and hang curtains
• Carpet shampooing
• Errands or grocery shopping

To be eligible, you must be age 60 or above and reside in Washington County. Persons receiving the assistance are asked to provide supplies necessary to complete the tasks requested.
