Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP)

Now is the time to apply for financial assistance with those winter heating bills. If eligible, the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) can help reduce your high winter heating bills. Households with incomes of up to $17,867 for one person, and up to $23,957 for two persons may be eligible.

Applications are available for pickup anytime, and seniors can receive assistance completing the application form at O'Neill Senior Center on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:30am to 11:30am. Call at (740) 373-3914 to schedule an appointment. An outreach representative is also available to assist homebound seniors.
