Physical Fitness Testing

Darrin Marsh the Director of Physical Therapy at McCarter Health Center in Parkersburg, WV, will conduct the Senior Fitness Test. Much like the Presidential Fitness Test for children, this simple and non-invasive screening will cover 6 components of fitness. The results can identify areas of weakness and serve to direct strength and conditioning programs that enhance quality of life. Registration is required – call the Center at (740) 373-3914.

Louise Gray Honored by O'Neill Center

Louise Gray of Lowell, Ohio was honored by O'Neill Senior Center for her twenty years of volunteer service as bingo manager. At a recent event, the Center dedicated the facility’s main area to Mrs. Gray. Over sixty people attended the dedication which included recognition of all volunteers who assisted with the weekly bingo operation.
