Staying active is key to staying healthy and there are lots of options at Belpre Senior Center. All instructors are certified in their particular class.

A variety of card games, dominoes, board games or Wii keeps the competition sharp! Players gather right after lunch on Tuesdays or Thursdays as well as each Friday evening at 6 p.m.
Free blood pressure, blood sugar screenings plus weight monitoring is offered by various home health agencies at least once weekly. Call for schedule.
Health care professionals offer tips on topics such as staying healthy, managing chronic diseases such as arthritis or diabetes, as well as latest treatments for a wide variety of health-related issues. All ages are welcome at health programs.
The Belpre Senior Club provides a delicious home-cooked meal on Tuesdays and Thursdays for just $3. Seniors 55 years of age and up gather for fellowship, games or special programs usually by 11 a.m. Lunch is served at Noon. Local van transportation is available by making a pick-up request before 10 a.m.
You might choose to go on a boat ride or enjoy a special dinner and music on a Friday or Saturday evening. It might be a special 70’s “Disco” party, a Country Hoe-Down or relaxing picnic in the park before a community concert. Ask for upcoming details.
