How do I become a member of O'Neill Senior Center?
O'Neill Senior Center does not have a "membership."  If you would like to receive the O'Neill Center newsletter, click here to be added to the mailing list.  Criteria for participation in activities is being age 55 or above.  There are set guidelines for receiving services and they vary greatly depending upon funding and other items.  As a general rule, individuals must be age 60 or above, live in Washington County and have a need for the particular service.

Why Should I Participate at the O'Neill Senior Center?
O'Neill Senior Center has offerings to fit the many different interest needs of today's senior.  Whether your interest is in learning new talents, educational workshops or seminars, or joining exercise programs, come see what you may be missing.  Explore your options!  Join in ~ make friends.  The benefits are endless.

How do I get home delivered meals? 
Community Action Program of Washington Morgan Counties operates the local home delivered meals programs.  They can be reached by phoning (740) 373-3745.

How do I make a reservation for lunch at O'Neill Senior Center?
Lunch reservations are accepted each day before 10:00am through the Nutrition Site.  Their phone number is (740) 373-3455.

What is PASSPORT?
PASSPORT is a waiver program funded jointly by Ohio Medicaid and the federal government.  The PASSPORT Program funds services for Ohio residents age 60 and above, promoting independence for individuals with long-term care needs.  Some of the services include:  Homemaker, Respite care, Home Delivered Meals, Adult Day Service, and Personal Care.  To obtain more information about PASSPORT, click here or phone (740) 373-6400.

How do I register for activities and services?
Most activities that require registration have a specific place for individuals to sign up for them. You may also phone the O'Neill Senior Center at (740) 373-3914 to register.  Services also have a registration form that must be completed by the Service Coordinator.  If you are interested in receiving a specific service, contact the Service Coordinator by email or phone the O'Neill Senior Center at (740) 373-3914.
