Beth Zwick, licensed by the Ohio State Medical Board as a Massage Therapist, will be here on the second and fourth Fridays each month. Massage therapy can increase flexibility and range of motion, reduce stress, promote relaxation, and reduce stiffness and soreness in muscles. She will offer a 30 minute full body gentle massages.
